The American Studies Association Critical Disability Studies Caucus and the UMN Critical Disability Studies Collective are collaborating on an event for anyone interested in publishing a book in the field of critical disability studies.
The event is primarily intended for graduate students, postdocs, junior faculty, and independent scholars who have never published a book before and want to learn more about the publication process, but everyone is welcome to attend.
The workshop will be led by Dr. Leah Pennywark, the University of Minnesota Press Humanities Editor. Workshop participants are welcome to schedule one-on-ones with Dr. Leah Pennywark following the workshop to discuss their book manuscript ideas.
